Very pleased with the replacement as my previous K4 was worn out/ dropped pressure - after 10 years of abuse, so can' complain. New one with the longer reel is excellent and does exactly what I need at 1/2 the price.

Cheap and easy to use
Pros - neatly packaged and relative to the double ended tools this is much cheaper.
Cons - it came with bolts to secure it to the cylinder head which sadly didn't fit my cylinder head, however with my own spacers and cam cover bolts I was able to secure it and do the job (of removing the valves).
Collet pliers look a bit cheap and nasty, though I have yet to put my collets back in yet.
Operation to compress valve springs is fairly easy. I taped up the ends of the long rod to prevent it from accidentally slipping out. If I was going to use this a lot then I would drill holes and fit split pins. Retaining pin for the pusher is not much good, so I just bolted mine up. I used another rod through the D shaped ends and a hook to hold the spring leaver down (third hand is not always available).
I was not using the valve guide replacement tools so cannot comment.
I have no regrets buying this tool for a DIY home application. I am not sure if the quality would survive long term professional garage use?

Good as new for my V70R MY2003
At the time of writing - I've not had the car out more than a few times, but the fix seems to be working and was good value for money.
