  Ordered on 4th May and seller was very quick to ask for my payment saying they had the book ready to post but couldn’t post until I paid. I paid same day and then I get a message saying they can’t find book, it’s now the 13th of May and I’ve had to chase for my refund, not good customer service at all, in fact very poor.
