The worst negotiating book; give it to your oponents!
If you are stuck in a one or two semester college course on negotiating that requires this book as a text, then buy it.
If, however, you want to learn something about negotiating, avoid it like the five-pound package of pseudo-scientific mind poison that it is. There's more than enough lectures by actual renouned negotiation practitioners available on the internet. Then, you can follow up with books related to the specific field in which you wish to apply your negotiation skills.
