  The packaging was fantastic and the laptop came in very good, clean condition as described. It was posted very promptly. The laptop functions well as shown in the listing. I would buy from this seller again, definitely the best place for good value thinkpads in the UK. After a week of daily use I have noticed no problems although as one should expect with T series thinkpads, updating the thunderbolt firmware was not done. But that would happen with any t480 purchase!
