I've messaged the sellers and they offered to either send me a replacement box or arrange a refund for the broken one. I chose the replacement box and received it within 2 days.     **Super fast delivery with "proper courier tracking" - great customer service from this Seller. All 4 natural air purifying bamboo charcoal bags arrived safely and sealed in a plastic bag which all came in a postal courier bag. They each have a cord to hand them up with or you can just lay them flat.
