Takes a while for Win10 to recognise it.

Easy to plug in. Unfortunately it can take about 10 minutes for Win 10 to recognise it (this could be a Win 10 problem). Sometimes I have to restart PC - then it shows up within 2 mins.

Drops Frames

This USB A/V capture device continuously drops frames making syncing audio with visual (using Adobe Premiere) virtually impossible. This was with no other applications running. Device installed ok under Windows 10, but after several minutes I received the error message "Application has been blocked from accessing graphics card." Although, this is probably more of a problem with Win 10 than the device. After uninstalling/reinstalling it appeared more stable - although continued to drop frames. For the price maybe I was expecting too much! It might have been better to record the VHS video onto my DV camera straight from the screen.
