  The dress was seen with damaged seams that the seller omitted to spot. I was accused of damaging the dress by seller which upset me greatly. Chased and waited for a reply to messages about returning the address, as I was advised that it could not be returned. Seller refused to send return label and wanted me to pay the postage, which I refused. Left with a damaged dress which was not as described. Cheated by seller.

  The buyer kept the perfectly good dress for over two months and refused to return it all that time. I was happy to accept the return but not pay for the postage as there was nothing wrong with the dress. The buyer however probably used the dress and then wanted the money back which is unacceptable.
