    We did stop replying to you unfortunately, because instead of contacting the courier you decided to be rude and offensive to staff calling them "dogs", simply because you could not be bothered to contact the courier. It's not our fault you did not keep track and was not in, it is not our fault the courier has left it somewhere, and it is not our fault that you couldn't try and resolve this like and adult..... and instead slander, be rude and make ridiculous demands.

    This seller's service is extremely poor. I truly consider not buying from this store. They don't respond to anything before making the purchase. You make it, and they cancel it without any explanation. They shouldn't be selling anything because they have no idea or intention of doing so. They shouldn't be wasting your time. Look for other options. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM AT ALL.
