Versatile And Yummy
So versatile!
- slice it and eat it on bread
- cube it and put it into egg/pasta/potato/rice-salads
- julienne it, mix with cheese cubes, pickled onions and a marinade for a summer meal
- fry fat slices of it, eat with fried egg, spinach and potatoes
- cut in fat cubes and add to veggie or pulse soups/stews
- Keto? just eat it with some salad

superb colour, bad longevity
The colour is absolutely beautiful and just what I wanted - but not for long .... I painted my nails from scratch 3 times so far and each time the polish started to split after a few hours. I didn´t even swim or dishes or such - I just sat here, typing. But the polish still split off after a few hours. I never had this with another polish and I am doing my nails for neary 50 years ... shame really, because the colour is spot on.
