It's an Extremely Affordable card especially in PSA 10 or BGS 9.5.
Micheal Jordan left the Game of Basketball to pursue a career in MLB Baseball and this was his First Baseball card.
Even though it's not considered his Rookie Card it is his First Baseball card making it a must have for Jordan collectors.
