  AFTER 9 DAYS OF WAITING TO GET THIS SO CALLED"NEW" ITEM, I RECEIVED AN OPEN BOX CRUSHED BOX ITEM. SELLER LISTED IT AS "NEW" BUT SENT ME AN OPEN BOX ITEM (POSSIBLY A USED ITEM, AS THERE'S NO WAY TO TELL). THE SELLER ADMITTED TO THIS FACT IN AN EMAIL BUT WOULDN'T TAKE ANY KIND OF OWNERSHIP OF THE MISTAKE. INSTEAD OF AN APOLOGY AND/OR A REFUND TO COMPENSATE FOR THE DECEIVING LISTING, I GOT AN ATTITUDE FROM THE SELLER AND WAS TELLING ME TO PAY FOR THE RETURN SHIPPING IF I WANTED TO RETURN IT BACK.

  Packaging was pretty bad. Arrived with everything jammed in a small box with nothing to protect it. I understand the seller did this as a result of the seller underestimating the cost of shipping.Overall, still a great deal. Everything inside was ok. The kids are enjoying it. Thank you.

  I would say like new without tags. A few blemishes noted on leather but should work fine. Looks okay otherwise, seems new and doesn’t seem like it’s been wrecked.
