  The car DVD player I received would power up, but not play. Requested a replacement from this seller. Response was that is the way it came from the factory. No assistance provided. No refund permitted. He offered to sell me another different DVD player at a reduced cost, which was laughable. So I ate $186.

  Purchased a dress shirt. Description described it as well cared for, good condition etc. My expectation was to not receive a shirt that was at the end of its life. Significant discoloration around collar and cuffs. Was not disclosed at all. Surprised this shirt was offered for sale. Seller claimed the price of the shirt was low. It was low thus asking for a return/refund not worth hassle. The kicker, I was accused of sending images of a different shirt. Strange way to operate as an eBay seller.
