Brilliant
I started taking these in Feb and took a few months to realise my hot flushes had gone. So keep taking them don’t think after a week they will work, might take a wee bit longer for you. Highly recommended.

Brilliant
I started these tablets about 3 months ago, I take one before bed and find I get a brilliant deep nights sleep. I even have my mum on them now to she loves them to.

Smells Devine
This shampoo smells amazing it’s been a week from my dogs been washed and they still smell delightful, you will not be disappointed. I will be buying more. 😁
