'UNPUTDOWNABLE'
A brilliant 'must read' book. Just wish it had been written years ago. Better late than never though and I'm putting many of the recommendations to do with diet into practice.

Natural Product
I take this for insomnia. Although my sleep is still not great I noticed it got worse when I'd stopped taking them as I'd run out, so will continue with these as any improvement is a bonus.

SIMPLE TO USE - GREAT RESULT!
Love this product. So easy to use - just add as many drops to conditioner until you get the shade of pink you want. Then simply apply to hair, comb it through then rinse it off after 10 minutes. I have used Shrine for approximately 6 months and it builds up over time so now needs re-applying less frequently.
