  After receiving full payment from me, the seller told me that he no longer had the item that I purchased. (not sure how you can post an item for sale when you do not have the item). The seller was paid $76.24 via PayPal. I contacted the seller twice and was told he would issue a refund immediately . It has been 25 days and still no refund has been issued to me. I want to file a complaint/case against this seller.
