It does its job.
The water tastes good through this filter, just like with the genuine brand product IMO. So it's recommended to buy I think as it's a lot cheaper.

S9000 great
6 of 8 found this helpful I wanted a camera, that's good for professional use, but also can make videos.
I am totally satisfied with the quality, design, and features. If you take your time, you can make professional images in the Manual mode. I cheose Fujifilm beacause the 90 year old brand's reputation is great. Our family has used a 35mm camera for 25 years, making beautiful photos and S9000 brings the same satisfaction. 9mp is enough for my publishing and web uses.
Even the manual focus ring works great: in low light (night) images the autofocus wasn't able to to find that i wanted, but the manual ring gives the option to set it right.
I recomend Fuji S9000/9500 to everybody who cares about quality photography.
I miss one thing: for portrait photos the display would be nice tilting 360degrees (like Canon) but it doesn't, although you get a very firm hinge this way.
