Worthwhile buying if, you have heartburn problems.
Quite effective at preventing heartburn/gastritis and settling stomach.

Functional budget tent.
For a cheap tent, thus is surprisingly useful and effective. It is reliably waterproof, withstanding days of constant rain without leaking, and is very easy to set up and put away quickly. Rated as two-man, like most other two-man tents, it is really, only suitable for one person and their rucksack. The only problem it suffers is from condensation inside the inner tent, as there is no vent at the rear, hence, no airflow through the tent. I alleviated this by leaving the inner door wide open and closing the outer door up, and, as you can pin the groundsheet very close to the ground, no insects got it. Alternatively, you can raise the pegs all round the fly-sheet, allowing more airflow around the inner, but, condensation still occurs, meaning, you must be careful not to touch the inner tent with your sleeping bag, or, it will get wet. Despite the condensation problem, I was pleased with this tent's performance as a Summer tent, and have used it many times since purchasing. I would recommend it as a cheap and reliable one-man tent for use in the warmer months. Definitely not, to be used in cold weather, as the condensation would be un-managable. Still, all in all, it's good for what it was designed for. Recommended as a budget Summer tent.
