This and the other poster I purchased from this seller actually made it through snow storms and sub-zero temperatures without any damage thanks to the seller packaging them so carefully.   The lovely retablo was very carefully packed and the seller reached out to advise me about how to remove the packing. The retablo is as described and I love it. Unfortunately some of the small pieces were broken inside when I opened it, probably when the tissue paper was pressed into the retablo to protect it. I was fortunate to find someone to make repairs. I didn't want to return it and I felt the seller went above and beyond to protect it in shipping. All in all an excellent experience.
