Lens can not be removed from adapter

The lens could not be removed from the adapter afterwards as it is jammed on . As i do not intend to use the lens on anything else it does the job

Battery not substitute for battery for G1

I am actually after a battery for a Panasonic Lumix G1 but they do not seem to be available. They are larger and have centrally placed pins but these have the pins to one side. But because they are smaller I thought it would be still possible to slot the contacts in with the battery to one side. This did seem to work with both the charger and camera but the camera gave a message that I could not use the battery.
