  took five days for seller to send item even though i reached out and said i purchased to use on a specific date. they then “shipped” using a different method than stated, after i pointed this out they actually sent a different way- so they didnt really send out initially when they said they did and then bombarded me with hostile messages and now i wont receive it until end up week, past when needed. wish i hadnt purchased from seller- dont want to support mean people.

  They had purchased on April 10th at 4:49 pm. On a Thursday night. I work Friday mornings as well as Saturday mornings. My handling time covered me until Monday to ship. Saturday comes around, noon. Buyer messages, asks for me to ship out. Within 3 hours the post office closes. I'm working. Buyer understands. Monday around 8 am I ship out. Buyer accuses me of stealing money from shipping due to using UPS vs USPS. Both ground services. The same expected dates. I paid extra for shipping OOP too.
