  Package arrived poorly wrapped in a bubble envelope allowing the case is to damaged by shipping. Should have been an easy fix but no return label was provided and seller wanted to remedy the situation with sending $40 for me to regrade the item. Once I messaged eBay it went smoothly and I got the return label to mail the item back but will not be a returning customer with the poor packaging. Never had this issue with other sellers whom ship a valuable item in a box with proper packing.

  Glad the return was finalized but had to wait 13 days after the return was made to receive my game back due to the seller holding the item. Was unhappy the shipping damage wasn't reported until 7 days after the product was delivered. I've shipped over 20 games the same way without issue. Just a bad luck transaction.
