ONLY OK WARRENTY CLAIM SYSTEM DIFFICULT AND CONFUSING
These tv's are ok but the sound is rubbish they are not as good as the 10 year old Panasonic it replaced also the warranty is a nightmare both the 5year tv and the 10year screen burn I was on the phone for 50 minutes to a call center whom I couldn't understand and I had to spell out every word to the operator my son finally did it for me on the web I complained to Buy It direct who did reply but were of little help I have many samsung appliances but probably wouldn't buy any more Go back to the warranty card in the box system And I would probably not use Buy it direct again not very helpfull
