Pleasant Surprise!
3 of 3 found this helpful I knew that I wanted to get ahold of a "real" American crafted bass and in mu opinion Fender sets the bar. Well after this purchase I can honestly say that I truly underestimated the playability and tone of the new Fender Jazz V! My previous Fender Jazz Marcus Miller artist (Made in Japan) just never cut the mustard for me to what I thought Fender Jazz should play and feel like...maybe it's what I get for not buying American but the MIJ Fender Jazz always left me wanting but this American Deluxe is articulate, throaty and VERY playable! Fender got it right on this one!
