Excellent book for the Mattel talking toys.

I bought it mainly for the Chatty Cathy information, but it's fascinating to see just how many toys that talk were done. Great pictures and data on various talking toys.

I'm getting used to it, after only having a Kindle for so long, love what I can do now!

I put off getting a tablet, but I find I can do things now my old desktop just couldn't handle well, like watching videos. What a big difference! I waited until I could find what I wanted (a basic tablet for me) at a price I wanted to pay, and I found it. Very happy with it all around. :D

great for anyone looking to make their own Santa figure

This is a good book to get the basics of building a Santa, with body patterns for the three dolls included in the details, as well as clothing patterns and some info for additions to make the Santa special. I didn't realize the faces and hands used molds that I'm not sure are available any more, but it should be easy enough to find something similar.
