  HORRIBLE - Seller promptly answered emails before the purchase explaining further supples needed to make laptop function. I made purchase & paid immediately after auction ended and also purchased the further supplies needed. Several emails were sent asking when item would be shipped with no reply. Over a week later seller replied he had no money & couldn't ship and then excuse after excuse. Seller wouldn't ship, had to file with Ebay for refund. Don't waste your time, AVOID!
