Little boxes

Sorry to moan.....
Hi
The back ink is fine but after printing only eight pieces of A4 papers, the colour sadly ran out why, I have no idea. I make cards etc for charity and friends so the printing was just of snow scenes ready for my Christmas cards so the colour level was minimal. I was so upset. It has never happened to me before. My printer is fairly new an is very good. So sadly I must say I am very disappointed..... Sorry !!

More like crash than smash
The cons were, I did not receive it int he first place. I have now been reimbursed after much debate.
