Why failed?
Kit #4 is expensive. It worked great for years until I accidentally grounded the coil. The replacement worked for a short while, then failed for no reason. Buying a third one, research tells me a ballast resistor to lessen the module voltage can prevent it from overheating so I installed one. Okey so far. Runs great. Be sure to shim the magnet.
