Absolutely great for anyone on a maintenance program

They really work if you give it a fair chance. Most importantly it helps tremendously to keep you regular and stop constipation. It helps curb the cravings for sweets. Something that really surprised me was the little boost of energy it gives me that helps with the overall fatigue and lack of motivation that comes with my maintenance program. I have been taking them for about 4 to 5 years now and recommend them to anyone on a maintenance program like me. They really surprised me when I first started and still do because they still actually work. I was skeptical that another stupid vitamin could really do anything for me but now I wouldn't stop taking em if you paid me.

These are a good tool for the price. You get what is advertised. A cheap set of tools to keep with you and forget til you need em. They do work but it is not a tool to be used everyday. I like them and bought multiple sets to give away
