Slow delivery time, lied about the item being lightly used when it was VERY HEAVILY used. Extremely rude, disrespectful and sarcastic when confronted about it. Returned the item and he was (rejecting) the item while it was being posted back to him. I then contacted ebay and they had to step in and refund me. Ebay then themselves looked at everything, the messages etc and decided to escalate things. Absolute despicable disgraceful behaviour.
