Work fine, but wobbly
Perfectly reasonable dimensions to cement into the ground, surface looks likely to keep good condition for some time.
Being a two part pole set, they do have a noticable bit of wobble though - would benifit from a rubber ring or similar to firm the fit up a little. (I used a few large rubber bands doubled over.)

Cheap, doesnt last.
Fairly low quality build - chrome doesnt extend out into the edges, and is quite wobbly feeling. It sufficed just fine for a 4 month long rental, but was just binned at the end. Lots of corrosion, wouldnt reccomend unless you just want something temporary.

24cm, not 28.
Bought this frying pan specifically for the size of 28cm - however, this is significantly smaller. The base of the pan is <24cm, and even measuring the very outermost diameter is only 27cm. While this is a good 24cm pan, that is not what this is being sold as.
