Wires were switched, but worked fine afterward.
Product overall seems to be fine, still testing the battery life. Note I had to spend money to have my electrical guy look the battery over. It wouldn't work when I plugged it initially, but he noticed the wires were opposite of each other color wise. So he swapped them and voila, it worked. Ended up costing me more but at least it's up and running now.

Poor design, taller bottle but holds less water than the small ones.
This is the third fabric product I bought, first was a saddle and the other two items were this insulated bottle and a regular shorter water bottle. I feel like this company cuts corners on some of their product, the bottle itself was very flimsy and the spout constantly stayed open. It hardly insulated the water and I don’t see myself recommending it. I’m not sure I’ll be buying anything else from this company actually until the quality takes a step up.
