Put in on and Play by Nicholas Ravagni (2002)
This is a lazy guide to learning chord positions and I also bought the note positions version of this as well which is really useful for me as I can't be bothered with the tedious learning stuff parrot fashion. I am currently using the Gigajam guitar learning software and had reached the lessons where learning the note positions was essential. At this point I lost interest. With the PIOAP note chart it is a case of learning through familiarity with using it. In this context it has been a real success for me and I wish I had thought of it. Included on the cover are three easy songs to play using basic chords. It never sounds anything like them when I play it but is good practice for chord transitions.
