Only good if you like a very hard density.

Excellent product, so glad I saw the ad in the health food store magazine.
I've taking this on a daily basis, and it has definitely helped me breathe better.

Unfortunately, these egglettes did not perform as described.
They were hard to remove from the shell, and even harder to clean.... waste of money!
