Broke on first use !
1 of 1 found this helpful Although it appeared to be working well and doing a good job cleaning my patio, after a couple of hours of use the hose connecting the lance to the machine popped a hole and water was shooting everywhere.
Now having real difficulties trying to get it replaced/refunded

Broke in first week
Chair just kept slipping down to its lowest height
Tried several times to get resolved but they wanted photos ? Hard to show a seat slipping gradually below desk level in a photo ?
Still not resolved and chair unusable
