Misaligned spray bar

We haven't used it properly yet, but when it came the spray bar wasn't aligned properly with the oscillating mechanism. We sent it back, but were sent another with the same problem! Cust. services said it would be OK to try to twist the spray bar to correct the problem, and they would refund us if it broke. I did this and it worked: Take out the spray bar by unscrewing the coupling nut and the plug at the other end of the bar. Carefully grip the plastic fitting on the end of the bar with a vice or mole grip. Rotate the bar until the projections on the plastic line up with the spray nozzles. Reassemble.

Works well and non-toxic

This is very easy to use. It works on many different kinds of surface, unlike some, which are only specified to work on wood and metal. I did notice that on very smooth non-absorbant surfaces it had a tendency to not wet the surface. It seemed to work to let it dry out and then smear the residue over the surface.

Replaced the old one which was not stiff...

Replaced the old one which was not stiff enough to hold the shower head at the correct angle. This one is very stiff - so no drooping, but perhaps a little too stiff? I guess it might loosen off later.
