They didn't respond until today which is 3 days later and only when I reported the item as not being received. They then said 'if I was serious, I could collect today but I have to pay cash on collection '. I have already paid for this item but now the seller is saying it's a scam when clearly I am the one that has been scammed.

A great product
1 of 1 found this helpful This really does feed the leather and when polished over, helps to create a great shine. It means a bit more effort when cleaning shoes but it is well worth it. Highly recommended.

This is a great product. It does not affect the leather sole in any way but you can see the difference it makes from week to week. Highly recommended.
