  The seller reached out to me that the item was late in being shipped, but assured me that they were getting it into the mail. No problem. Many days passed and the item still didn't arrive. I reached out to ask if it had been shipped and was told that it had. I have never received anything and reached out again. This time the seller didn't respond at all. I understand things happen, but be a responsible seller and don't ghost your buyers when there is an issue.
