Great for desoldering surface mount components
I have had this model for about 3 years now and wholeheartedly recommend it. Good temperature and fan control, quick warmup. I use it for desoldering surface mount components and it means I can remove them and re-solder them using only this and some liquid flux.

Weak performer
Very difficult to align with Google Nexus 4, which has factory QI charging coils. Charge rate is very slow even after trying hard to align and the phone sometimes just gets warm with little charging effect and some times jus dis charges instead. Compared with other pads I have used this one is poor. I have tried a range of chargers known to deliver up to 2.4A so I can't blame the charger.

Far too powerful, sadly. Probably dangerous. Probably illegal in the UK.
5 of 22 found this helpful This laser exactly meets it's description, it produces an intense green spot that would probably be seen more than a kilometre away in darkness and certainly visible across a wide street (50m) onto the front of a white house that has direct sunlight onto it. When the spot lands on anything in the same room, it is so intense that I need to avert my eyes.
I don't have the kit to measure the power of this laser, but note that it isn't marked as Class IIIR or Class IIIB, just marked as Class III, which is not a valid classification over here in the UK. If buying these to use as pointers, make sure everyone is wearing laser safety glasses, it is NOT eye safe.
Real shame, this will be going in the bin.
