1 of 3 found this helpful The printer is 1st class. the one problem is there is no installation disc, which although they give you a link to the HP website so you can download the drivers etc. is a lot more time consuming and annoying than having a disc. Also the xl cartridges lasted about 2o pages and then ran out, not impressed, and the colour cartridge had no magenta in it again not impressed. You would have been better off selling the printer cheaper with no printer cartridges as this left me slightly annoyed to say the least
