Good product

Easy to use. Great timer and active temperature displays. Easy operation. Easy to change out different heating plates (Must remember to let cool first). Reasonable heat up time. Needs clearer programming instructions as they are hard to follow, even when you know what you are looking for. Degrees Celsius and Fahrenheit illumination points don't align up so hard to see temperature scale. Is rated at 1050 watts (at 220V) but draws around 1200 watts at 240V when heating the large plate.
