Good product
I would never say a processor is easy to install.
Provided you have the experience to install/uninstall a processor, heat sink, and thermal paste then this would be a good buy for you.
Fast and good OC abilities, processor needs to run at a pretty chilly temperature so I would recommend an aftermarket water/air cooler if you plan to overclock.

Great bang for the buck CPU
First of all I would never say a cpu is an easy install,
if you have experience with cpu install/uninstall, heat sink, and thermal paste then this is the product for you.
Fast enough for basic or mid level gaming and would be more than enough to cover any office environment chores you may have.
