Great Workout!!! Really gets the heart pumping!!!

If you want to lose weight and feel like you've actually done a workout this is for you!!! Even Nell looks knackered which i like, none of the glossy non sweating make-up hair done rubbish, she is out of breath and sweating like mad too!!! Good warm up, then you are flat out at top speed for 40 mins, cool down is bliss cause you know you've nearly done, then there is a great section for arms bums and tums, if you want to feel the burn. Fantastic dvd!!

Great workout!

If you put the effort in this really does get you sweating, very good instructions i have been exercising lots to get in shape for my holiday, along with a bit of dieting and have now lost 12lb in about 3 weeks! I also bought from ebay and can reccomend- nell mcandrew peak energy - pump it up ministry of sound. so i dont get bored of doing the same one all the time.

Great Workout!

This is a really good overall workout. It really gets the heart rate up and makes you sweat. Quite fast in places but really easy to pick up as she explains well. Good instructions throughout and great music. A definate calorie burner!!!
