  IGNORE positive rating. 1) Poorly packed in flimsy envelope with no protective padding; 2) top and bottom edges badly bent (before or during shipment?); 3) slow dispatch, parcel arrived on fourth business day; and 4) mainly, 5 quid to ship a 16-page pamphlet is taking the proverbial of the highest order. I certainly won t order anything from this seller again, and you have been warned.

  Thanks for not giving me a chance to sort out your perceived problem - would have given a complete refund as a matter of course. Item sent by Royal Mail 1st Signed in good condition in brand new Mailite bubble lined envelope at cost of £2.85 and in £1.20 envelope. I always aim to give 1st class service as my other 2011 positive feedbacks demonstrate.
