2 of 2 found this helpful The best part of consuming this salt is the minerals and elements. But, I find you actually consume less sodium than you would using ordinary table salt as this pink stuff is more salty volume to volume.

Great stoppers and they flow nicely
worked perfect but won't fit every bottle, but who cares. It fits any standard bottle. But my Elija Brooks whiskey had too fat of a bottle opening. Over 1.25" WILL NOT FIT.
