Know what your getting into!
This is Greenleaf Brand dollhouse. The parts are very cheap and brittle. The "wood" is made of particle board. This can't just be put together and look great. You have 3 options when building this dollhouse: use a ton of wood filler on all sides of every small or showing part, replace these parts (that's what I did), or use them as is (that would look really bad!). The parts are very hard to remove from the board and break. I spent a lot of money upgrading and making parts. Not to mention all the stress and all my time, it is supposed to be fun. I would recommend getting a good quality dollhouse and paying more up-front. I had to put out the same amount of money in the end. Next time I will purchase a dollhouse from Real Good Toys.
