Not worth the time or money

I had high hopes that Sher's book would be helpful in sorting out my personality quirks. I had seen her on PBS and thought her book might offer more substance. The book has too much fluff and not enough content. She could have said the same thing in half the number of pages. Her constant referrals to her older books sounded like subtle sales pitches. She heaps praise on herself through her devotees experiences and letters. Don't waste your time and money on this book.
