Nexus Player with USB LAN adapter
3 of 3 found this helpful I have two of these Nexus Players working very well with Emby media streamer and DVBlink to get tv and movies distributed around the house. The Nexus player works with wifi, but HD is better when using the USB Lan adapter with an OTG cable. The Nexus remote is bluetooth, so you don't need to point it at the player. Good stuff !

Windows DVR software for the technical user
This is Windows 10 cctv recording software for the technical user. Makes a Swiss army knife look like it doesn't have enough blades. If it can't do what you need, you search for it in the help files, or ask the developers to add it. Works with many different types of camera too, so you can mix and match as you like - it even works with analogue cameras with the right input card - ask at the Blue Iris forum if you need any help. Excellent.
