What a Crossbow!

I have a compound bow but decided to try out a crossbow for hunting. This is an expensive bow (I had been thinking about the Ghost 360) but oh my!! This is as accurate as any sub moa rifle. It comes as a complete package and the scope is actually really good. I have test shot this from 20-50 yards so far and I can't wait to test it out hunting this year. It is loud but the bolt moves so fast, this will be able to take down any NA big game you try it against.

One of the best scopes I own

I really try to be objective with reviews. I decided in 2017 to add some more scopes to my collection and do some upgrades as well. I did a lot of research for this scope and this is the 15th scope/red dot I have purchased over time. I own Nikon, Burris, Trijicon, Bushnell, SWFA, Holosun and Vortex scopes as reference with price points of $200.00 to $1000.00 for the scopes. I think I what sold me for this scope was that it won 2016 honors in a hunting magazine publication so I decided to give it a try. The glass on this scope is unbelievable. Even as you move to high magnification, the amount of light and the clarity is unreal. I love the FFP and reticle on this scope as this was purchased for my dedicated .270 hunting rifle so this will easily allow me to hunt from 30 yards to 800. I have looked through the glass out to 1000 yards and I can't wait to put this to the test in the field. There only downside if there is one is the turret. This has the new MADD system by Burris which essentially allows you to have a try zero stop feature. The issue is that once you get your gun zero'd and you set the elevation, you only have a single rotation because of this system. You do have 25MOA which for me will probably be just fine but just a heads up to anybody that thinks you can use an offset base and rings to take further advantage of elevation and you will not be able to. All in all, this scope is awesome. The glass, FFP, reticle are all great. I have not had a chance to shoot with it yet to test the tracking on the turrets.
