Failed to arrive - seller told me to knock on neighbours doors and look for item in my local area because it had been signed for.... Obviously delivered to wrong house, seller after several opportunities to rectify loss still insisted I knock on neighbours doors, I informed seller it was up to them to track down item, not buyer, no item and no refund as yet! No customer service at all!! FAIL!

Very cheap, not strong enough to use as a safety device.

Really cheap metal, able to bend the metal clip easily in your hands, would not trust them to withstand an accident.

Givi Z228 set of three locks, Honda VFR VTEC.

Bought as replacement for the official Honda luggage for my 6th gen VFR VTEC. I’d bought second hand panniers and a top box and wanted one key to fit all three boxes. Took 5 minutes to change all three and now only need to carry one key and I have 5 spare keys to boot.
