  😡😡 Buyer returned the item as it didn’t fit. I paid return cost and refunded them in full. Leaving me over £6 out of pocket. Which is fine as I wouldn’t want a customer of mine stuck with something that didn’t fit. But to then receive NEGATIVE FEEDBACK. This was very upsetting and I’m still baffled as to what I could have done differently. Really disheartening as a seller and since it stays on my profile for a year it’s something I’m now stuck with just for being kind 😢😢
